The idyllic scenic area, on the border between Carinthia and Stiermarken, is a small alpine world of its own at an altitude of 1,762 m.
Here, mountain hikers, hiking enthusiasts, joggers, Nordic-walkers, mountainbikers and all others who enjoy nature and love the mountains will be able to enjoy all the good things the area has to offer. Unique attractions include the Alpine roller coaster Nocky Flitzer and Nocky’s AlmZeit, an attraction for the whole family at the Panoramabahn mountain station.

GREAT LAKES FOR SWIMMING
The idyllic scenic area, on the border between Carinthia and Stiermarken, forms a small Alpine world in itself at an altitude of 1,763 m.
MOUTAIN HIKING
Walks on flat terrain through the mountains around Turracher See or marked trails through the Alpine woods
Nocky’s Almzeit
Play & experience attractions at an altitude of 2,000 m
Nocky's AlmZeit is a new attraction for families with children in Turracher Höhe.
Nocky Flitzer
Up in the sky with the Nocky Flitzer in Turracher Höhe. With the Panoramabahn you go up to the unique Alpine roller coaster in Carinthia.
Lift Kornockbaan
Also in summer, the Kornockbahn, a modern 6-seater chair lift, takes you from Turracher Höhe up to an altitude of 2,205 m.
BIOSPHERE PARK NOCKBERGE
An absolute nature-highlight in the region is the Nockberge biosphere park. It’s a strictly protected paradise. This nature reserve stretches across an area of 216 square kilometres west of Turracher Höhe.
