IT IS POSSIBLE TO RENT THE APARTMENT BY THE DAY OUTSIDE of THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS

The prices stated are per week/day, including VAT, excluding the obligatory service costs.
Extra bed 12,50 euros p.p.p.d. extra (maximum 1).
Cot and highchair are free of charge available
Bathrobes for children and adults are available; ask the concierge for it on arrival.
Standard arrival and departure on Saturday. Requests for other arrival dates are only possible out of season (period 1 and 3).
Standard arrival time is after 15.00 hrs and standard departure time is before 10.00 hrs.
The service cost charges are € 130,00 euro per stay. It includes the linen package as well as the end cleaning, some tabs for the dishwasher, towels for sauna. The linen package consists of sheets for the bed and matras and cushions as well towels and towel for dishes, washcloths and cleaning cloth. An extra bed linen package in case of a longer stay is possible for € 12,50 per person.
The deposit is 30% of the total amount of the reservation, to be paid 1 week after reservation or at the same time as the total rent payment in case of late booking.
Remaining rent to be paid at least 8 weeks before arrival or in case of a late reservation at least 1 day before arrival and bring a certificate of payment for checking at arrival.
The apartments are not rented to groups of young people.
Pets are allowed on request (per cat or dog € 15,00 extra cost per stay).

In the summer there are plenty hiking options (whether or not guided). Nature lovers can indulge themselves in the adjacent nature reserve Die Nockalm. The altitude is 1,760 meters which means that there is snow from December to late April.

As an innovative, high-quality ski resort that is constantly boosting tourism while introducing new standards, Turracher Höhe starts with a clear added value in the 2015/2016 winter season. The new Schafalm ski run is a nice addition to the popular ski resort, which scores well with its perfectly prepared, varied, extensive and wide slopes. It’s clear, the skiing guests have even more slopes at their disposal.

Turracher Höhe has been offering its skiing guests the new Schafalm run since December 2015, as well as four new runs with a total of four extra kilometres of slopes. The ultimate expansion of the ski resort on the Schafalm with two more slopes (2 kilometres of slopes) on a total of 20 hectares will take place in the summer of 2017.

The winter sports area Turracher Höhe offers optimal conditions for skiers, carvers and snowboarders.
